To get an answer fast, include:
- what you were doing and what you expected,
- the exact message you saw (a screenshot is fine),
- for errors: paste the log from Help → Copy error log, or send
%TEMP%\nox_crash.txtif the studio didn’t start, - your Discord name, so we can find your license. Never send the full key in a public channel.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Not for you? Full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked. E-mail us from the address you paid with, or mention your Discord name. EU consumers also have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are in the terms of sale.
A refunded license is switched off at the studio’s next online check.
